Booking & Payment

  • Please make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance before the service time.
  • If the system does not display the price, please contact our customer service team.
  • Additional charges may apply for travel outside designated service areas.
  • Any damages or excessive dirt caused by the customer will be charged for cleaning or repairs accordingly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the service date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours before the service date: No refund will be issued.
  • No-show without prior notice: The booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.
  • In cases where the service is not provided as agreed (e.g., the vehicle does not arrive on time), customers may request a refund based on the company’s policy.

Additional Charges

  • Overtime fee: 1,500 THB per hour.
  • Extra distance charge: Applied based on actual distance beyond the service area.
  • Vehicle damage or excessive dirt: Cleaning or repair fees will be charged accordingly.
